BENJAMIN CLACK, DC
Northwestern College of Chiropractic
Dr. Clack is a Helena native. He is an alumnus of Montana State University and a 1999 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, he founded Big Sky Chiropractic in Helena, and has practiced full time since.
Dr. Clack practices traditional, hands-on diversified chiropractic techniques with heavy emphasis on soft tissue techniques including trigger point/myofascial release, stretching, and decompression techniques. Dr. Clack also incorporates modality therapies such as muscle stimulation, heat, and ice. His goal is to find out what works best for each individual, streamline their care in order to reach patient goals, and get them back to normal as quickly as possible.

When not in the office, Dr. Clack enjoys fishing, hunting, shooting sports, skiing, the mountains, and most of all, time with family.
JENNIFER TAFELMEYER, DC
University of Western States
Dr. Tafelmeyer is a native of Minnesota. She graduated from University of Western States in 2010, with her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree. She and her husband and moved to Boise, ID, shortly after graduation, where she practiced there for four years. She opened her own practice in Helena in August 2014 at Big Sky Chiropractic.
Her husband, Lewis, has worked with the Helena Hotshots since 2014, and has been involved in wildland firefighting since 2007. They have two daughters: Hazel (2015) and Cora (2019). They love all things outdoors, and are very fortunate to have found such a great home in Helena, MT!
Dr. Tafelmeyer’s family practice style involves mostly diversified, hands-on (traditional) adjusting techniques, mixed in with gentler techniques such as drop table, instrument-assisted, and low force manual adjusting—each patient will get what they need! She also utilizes a variety of soft tissue techniques, as warranted. The goal with every patient is to figure out which treatments work best for them to reach short- and long-term goals.
Dr. Tafelmeyer loves working with pregnancy and pediatric patients. Adding chiropractic care to these vitally important times of life is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle. She has completed several hours of continuing education and has learned from exceptional chiropractors to enhance her skills for these types of patients.
