STACY BAIRD, LMT
Stacy is a Helena native and completed her massage training at the Big Sky Somatic Institute with over 1000 hours in both Western and Eastern modalities. Stacy has been practicing massage for over 18 years in the Helena area and is licensed in the State of Montana. Stacy specializes in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, relaxation, prenatal, hot stone massage, and mechanical cupping. Stacy has also completed multiple hours of continuing education to expand her knowledge. Stacy is passionate in helping others, whether it is to relax or help with chronic or acute pain.
Stacy resides in East Helena with her husband and two kids. She enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.

ASHLEY KESTERSON, LMT
Ashley is originally from South Dakota. She moved to Boulder, MT in 2018 with her husband and three sons. She and her family enjoy fishing, hunting, shed hunting, camping (everything outdoors!) and are blessed to be able to call Montana home.
Ashley graduated from Massage Training Institute (Kalispell, MT) in 2022. Ashley specializes in deep tissue massage, cold therapy (with use of a cryo ball), TMJ-specific massage, Swedish massage, cupping, and spray & stretch therapy. While in Kalispell, Ashley also earned a certification in American Version Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, which enables her to use muscle and region-specific techniques to help treat her clients.
